Default Format Data Series Box.

Been through all the hoops, reloading, uninstaling, round and round. Why is this like this? Cant go any further without this complete. Cant even get to any charts. Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

1.) Make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.9. You can check under Help --> About.
If not, please download from this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/do...g_software.htm

2.) Does your PC meet all of the minimum requirements here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...ationguide.htm
-And you are NOT on a MAC or using a 64 bit OS?

3.) Update .NET Framework: http://www.microsoft.com/NET/

Please let me know if any of the above resolve the issue.

Unhappy Format Data Series Box Chopped Off, Unable to use

My format data series box is cut off just like "vetracer's". I've tried so many different things per ninja support including:
1) confirmed latest version of Ninja is on computer. (have uninstalled & reinstalled, cleared out history, cookies, etc, before reinstalling) 6.51000.9 version
2) PC is NOT a MAC. Utilizing 32 bit OS.
3) Have updated .net framework.
4) Screen resolution meets minimum requirements.

Have been working with support since Friday 3/27, on this issue. Can't go any further until this issue is resolved. Thank you.

Hello hm2grn,

Could you please check if uninstalling Portrait Displays will make any difference?

vetracer, do you perhaps have 'Portrait Displays' installed in your PC as well?
