Contract rollover
Hi,
Who do I need to write. Did export,then update for contract rollover. WHen I pulled up charts, it is only showing current day or so of data. Lost historical data somehow before that. Anyway to fix this. Tried numerous times but to no avail. Would like to have historical data current with current contract (did a merge also). Thanks!! |

Thank you for your post. Can you please forward a screen shot of the parameters used when performning your merge to support at sign ninjatrader dot com. Please include Attn:Chris, ticket 217396 in the subject line so I may further assistance. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Hello bugman4/u,
Please perform only the Merge instruction; it is not necessary to export/import data. http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...eV6/Merge.html Once you merged the data, please create a new chart for the ES 12-09 and check if the merged data is reflected in the chart.
