Default Zen-Fire will not connect

Dead since Friday morning. Following is a message I see in the Log:

"Hosted.Adapter.OnConnectionStatusChangeNow: GetObjectSet failed for NinjaTrader.Cbi.Order"

Any thoughts? Zen-Fire issue?

Thanks.

Hello,

The market is closed right now, so you won't get data.
I just connected to my test account and it worked fine for me.
Try:
Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
Restart NinjaTrader
Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

If that doesn't work, send us an email via help> mail to support and provide us with your login infor to check. Or have your data provider test it for you.

Having the same issue also. Tried the procedure to resolve the problem, but still can't login. Will send you my login info as directed.

Also wanted to mention I have Ninjatrader installed on two computers and neither will connect.

No luck Ben.

"Connecting'Zen-Fire" never turns green. Charts don't update. Haven't since yesterday.

I have re-installed current version of 6.5 and even went back 1 version. Still no luck. Unable to connect to Zen-Fire.

Hello,

Try disabling your anti-virus and firewall to see if that helps.

Ben, were you able to use either my or minidow's log-in info to get into zen-fire from your computer?

I could see one user's computer having a firewall or antivirus issue but why would multiple users all of a sudden be unable to connect when our connections have been fine for days?

I tried a clean install on a third computer and it will not connect to zen-fire. I looks to me like either our account info has become corrupted on the zen-fire server or the zen-fire server is having a problem.

Nope. Disabling firewall and anti-virus didn't work.

Same message in log as I first reported.

Tried to connect again this morning and received "Login failed: Unable to login (20051).

2nd attempt gave me same message in Log as yesterday.

I guess I can remove all NT files/folders and start from scratch.

Removed ALL NT files and folders.
Downloaded latest NT 6.5 version.
Now connected to Zen-Fire.
Time to rebuild charts and indicators.

Zenfire often does maintainence work Saturday night / Sunday morning. You will not be able to connect when they are doing this work.

I was not able to connect to Zen-Fire since Friday AM EST during standard trading hours. This had nothing to do with Zen-Fire since the problem was solved once I removed ALL NT files from my computer and then reloaded a fresh version. (not a simple reinstall, but deleted ALL NT files from the hard drive).

I will say that I have encountered the "Unable to Login" message on the weekends in the past (and fully understood it to possibly be maintenance at the time). But this was not the issue. IMHO, this was an NT issue.

Problem solved with a little housecleaning and reinstall.

Tried another complete uninstall/re-install of NT - will not connect to zen-fire! I can connect to yahoo and receive historical stock data. NT has been working fine for days. Is anyone sure Zen-fire hasn't just changed something on their end Friday?
