Connecting to zenfire (through Mirus) today I see a large gap in data from over the weekend.
I have repaired the database / reloaded historical data twice to no avail. The gap persists. Any advice on how to resolve this before market open? Rgds Paul |

Good morning guys, unfortunately we have a data server issue at this time and looking into it, I'll update this thread when I have more info.

Update - the issues were resolved and the server is now again recording the data as expected. Unfortunately we don't have the means to backfill the gaps on the charts.

What exactly is going on here? I'm missing data in both 6.5 and 7. Primary feed Zen Fire, historical, IQFeed - doesn't matter what I reload, or which contract (try 6E, Z) I'm missing data from yesterday to 1330 GMT in NT 7, and 1020 GMT in 6.5
Reload doesn't help - shouldn't data be retrieved from IQFeed? regards Dave |

Hi Dave,
Thank you for your post. There was a server outage over the weekend and data from that time period will not be available from your Zen-Fire connection. You will need to 'fill in the gap' using your IQ connection.

I have only Zen Fire data provider - when can I get data for filled this gap?
other problem - if I fill this gap from another vendor, after reloading Ninja this gap will be exist again. What I need to do? Haw can I fix it? reloading ,etc - dod not help - try many times... |

Hello Dendroud,
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this data will not be available in NinjaTrader 6.5. The data is recorded on the NinjaTrader 7 historical data server. If you have another data provider that offers historical data for futures instruments, you can disable historical data for Zen-Fire within the Account Connection menu.
