NT is loading slow

I've noticed lately that when I start up NT or Re-load historical data the charts take a while to come back up.

I'm running 6.5.1.0004, which as far as I know is the latest version. I know it's not my internet speed cus I'm running 22 meg. And I only have about 5 or 6 charts up at any time with the days back setting to really no more than 20 days back.

I'm not worried so much about the time it takes to load the charts when I first bring up NT, but the time it takes to Re-Load historical data. Since I'm using Tick charts I sometimes need to be able to re-load quickly.

Any help would be great.

How many days back are you charting? Try reducing it.
Also try each of these:

Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Misc" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button
• Press the "OK" button

If that didn't work:
Please rename your database.
To rename the DB:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> DB--> NinjaTrader.MDB.
• Right click on NinjaTrader.MDB and select "Rename."
• Name it "NewNinjaTrader.MDB."
• Then restart the software.
