Halo Around Chart Markers

I've noticed that when adding a chart marker it has a halo around the edge that is the same color as the axis color. For example cyan arrow down has a red border (my axis color is red). If I change the axis color the border around the draw object also changes.
Is there any way to remove this 'edge' color?

Unfortunately price markers are outlined with the same color as the axis.

Idea was that price markers are on the axis and as such should be modified with the axis color as well.
