Failed to connect to license servers
I am trying to connect to NT from work but I am getting the message "Failed to connect to license servers", Is there a way to connect to NT from work location, I tried to create a exception in firewall setting but it is asking me for server name and port, how can I specify this? your help is much appreciated.

Thank you for your post. The exceptions in the firewall are going to depend on the data provider. Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and let us know which data provider you are using. You can also try by connecting using a proxy server. http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ghAProxyServer
