Can you please goto Control Center->Help->Mail To Support and send a message into support referencing this forum post and sending works workspace files and your trace and log files with ATTN: Brett in the subject line so that I may further assist.

Unfortunately, the mail to support feature does not function for some users due to a variety of factors which are beyond our control. Please send this files manually using your email client by sending to support at ninjatrader dot com and attach the following files.



Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20100805 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20100805 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
