Ninjatrader zenfire demo not updating live prices
Hello i downloaded and installed Zenfire Ninjatrader demo 2 days back. But i am not able to see live quotes. i am able to see charts from previous days, but no new prices. Whats wrong??
i use Vista |

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum! Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line. In the message, please include the following: 1.) A link to this forum thread. 2.) Your most current trace file You'll find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 (or 7) > Trace folder. Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100817.txt'.

My problem is solved. i had not rolled over the series. But i am amazed with the quick response i got from Ninjatrader team. This guy named Kyle is really helpful

Again i am not able to see live prices. When i start Ninjatrader i get prices till current day but no live prices every minute. What to do? i did not change any setting

What markets are you trying to view? Please provide some examples of symbols that are not populating with live data. Thank you,

i am watching s&p500, dax, dow futures. None is updating live prices

Hello thestockbull,
You will need for those markets to be open/trading to see Live price action. Please let us know if this issue persists once these markets are open. Thank you,

oh ok. i do not stay in US. so dont have much idea about holidays. i will check tomorrow then if the problem persists. i am new to ninjatrader and US markets
