Hello,
I'm not sure where to post this, so I'll try here. I was running the NT7 and encountered a problem..... "NT hes encountered a problem and needs to close. The data was written to a trace file. Send this file via e-mail." or something like this.... What trace file and what address do I send the e-mail to?? I tried restarting the computer and tried running NT7 again and the same as above happened. |

Thank you for your post. In order for me to understand what may be taking place with your set up, please send the most recent Log & Trace files. They can be found in your (My) Documents folder at the folders: 1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt 2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt Please include a reference to this thread & make it to my attention. You can email it to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.
