Default Data delay

I have a problem with data coming from Eurex.

My esignal data manager is showing one set of prices, whereas NT shows me the prices for some time previously. the delay is at least 7 minutes as I watched it at the open. Can i show exchange time in the market analyzer so as to determine more accurately the delay?

this seems very odd - what can I do to fix it?

Please make sure you are on latest 6.0.1000.5.

I suggest pulling up a Time&Sales window and visually comparing the tick coming in with those of a Time&Sales window in eSignal. Note: You need to filter out bid/ask in the eSignal T&S window, since NT only displays ticks.

Ticks you see in eSignal T&S should pop up in NT T&S right away.

now i can see the delay.

Time on esignal = 16.07:52 last tick 108.255
Time on ET 3:00:41 last tick = 108.26

this is the problem - why is there this 8 minute delay in NT?

- are you on 6.0.1000.5?
- which instrument is this?
- are you comparing now both T&S windows as advised below?
- please make sure your PC clock is synced properly and not running ahead or after 8 minutes

I'm on 6.0.1000.4

I have the same problem with Globex as well as Eurex (which i showed you the example of symbl FGBM in the previous post)

I'm using NT T&S and comparing this to the symbol monitor in eSignal's data manager

PC time is accurate

If I do install the new version is there a way to maintain new instruments I have added and the instrument lists i have created?

Please install 6.0.1000.5 as advised severals posts below. It fixes an eSignal issue. Your instruments and all your data will be maintained as with any other NT update.
