NT 7.1000.1 was working fine on Friday, however today the charts stopped updating.
I am connected to Kinetick and checked that the end date for every chart was set for today. All instruments are affected and nothing shows in the DOM. I shut down NT and restarted it again. Same problem. I created new charts and reloaded data. Same problem I rebooted the PC, reloaded NT and had the same problem. I have tried sending you a support email via help but the system has now locked up. Please advise. Thanks |

Hello,
Ah, must have just missed it sorry about that. We are receiving same reports on other users on Kinetick at this time. Kinetick team is looking into the issue now. I have no update as of currently other then it is being aggressively looked into now as to why this is occurring. Thanks for your patience.

Just reloaded NT again and it looks like Kinetick is now updating the charts
