Default Please help with ninjatrader 7.0

I know this a stupid question, when I open ninjatrader the control center screen doesnt show up, but it does have the process running on background . I running on windows 7 x86 with all the updates installed that including framwork 4.0. anyone know anything I missing?

Please try to restart your PC & then bring up NinjaTrader again. If the issue persists then please send an email with your Log & Trace files to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

I did restart the computer, the control center screen just dont want to show up. however ninjatrader does work on my laptop, my laptop config is windows 7 x64 with all updates but without framwork 4.0. can you tell me where do I get the log & trace files ? so I can email them

Hello ddock,

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > Email to Support…

Please make sure to include the Log & Trace files and a reference to this forum thread.

that is exactly my problem, the control center WONT show up, the window suppose pop up after the loading screen and a ring voice. but there is nothing, complete nothing. I trying to make a video capture so you know what I mean

Since you are unable to open the platform, you can send us an email to support AT ninjatrader DOT com & attach the diagnostic files.

You can find these in:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

(see screenshots)

You can attach these text files to your email and please include a reference to this forum thread.
