Label the Horizontal Line

How do I programmatically label the Horizontal Line?

I use some formulas to compute my S1,S2 and R1,R2. I want to label them when they are computed and visible.

You can't add a label to a horizontal line but you can use DrawText() method to draw text on the chart.
