Hi,
What kind of problem is this? I have got an account at Interactive Brokers and I am using new version 7 of Ninja with I.B. The problem is the data downloading between TWS and my Ninja. Sometimes I get "bad ticks". Here are my screens. Can anyone suggest what should I do to get rid of that? ![]()

Hello maciejgolinski,
Unfortunately NinjaTrader acts like a radio receiver and displays the data it receives. Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data' and check if this will solve the bad tick. If not, you can exclude it via Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. More information can be found at the link below. http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...t7/editing.htm In addition, we provide a real-time tick filter which will filter out bad ticks received in real-time. You can find it at Tools-->Options-->Data-tab-->Filter bad ticks. If you enter a value of 5, it will use an offset percentage of 5%.
