Default I solved the Ninjatrader Cursor Cross Hair Flickering Problem!

OK, I believe I'm the first to document this since I tried searching for a solution and was not able to find one.

Here are the conditions:

1. IF you are using an NVIDIA video card (check your Windows Device Manager)
2. AND you are using a 5-series up to an 8-series video card
3. AND you have the extremely annoying flicker problem when trying to navigate around NT charts

THEN here is your solution! Apparently the latest NVIDIA drivers cause this issue. You will need to ROLLBACK your drivers back to a 2007 release. The exact release is NVIDIA 163.75

You can download them here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_163.75.html

If for whatever reason the link above does not work, simply type in Goog, "NVIDIA 163.75 Drivers Download" and only download it from an NVIDIA web site.

Cheers everyone!

Hello naked,

Thank you for your post and sharing your experience.

We have documented that some Nvidia video cards may exhibit this issue with .NET depending on the driver version you are using.

We have also heard reports that this issue can be resolved by lowering the 'Hardware acceleration' on your display settings.

Thanks again for reporting. Have a great day!

Yep, I tried lowering my hardware acceleration, but that only helped a little bit. Rolling back the driver remedied the entire situation! Yeehaw!
