Default Overlaying instruments

Is there a way to overlay two instruments on the one chart?

Can't find it and it doesn't seem to be a matter of simply loading two instruments at the new chart stage.

Cheers

Hello trentcroad,

Thank you for your post.

Please make sure you have both data series added to the chart and then to overlay a data series on another data series, left click on the indicator and hold down the mouse button. Drag the data series to the panel you wish for it to be added to and release the mouse button.

Click here for more information on how to drag and drop chart objects

You can add a second data series on your chart by typing directly on the chart itself.
For example, if you wanted to add a second ES 09-11, you would type +ES 09-11 and press enter.
Please see our Help Guide article on 'Changing and Adding Instruments and Intervals via Keyboard' under the How to change a Data Series section:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt7/index.html?working_with_price_data.htm

Once you have added the second series, you can change the display by right clicking on the chart and select "Data Series". You should now have two instruments in the Data Series menu where you can set different chart styles and change the interval.

Please refer to the "Working with multiple Data Series" from the same link above.
