Hello Support.
As you can see in the images attached, the total of account tab and the total of trades are not equals. Is no the first time that this has occurred me. Until yesterday everything was OK. Today, I don't know what happened. I've tried to Repair DB, and nothing occur. Thanks. |

Hello Federico,
Thank you for your post. When was the last time you restarted NinjaTrader? If you have not, please restart NinjaTrader and compare the performance results again. If you see further disprencanceis, please go to the Account Performance tab and tell me if you have "Group Trades by ATM strategy" checked or unchcked? Can you please try toggling this option and regenerate the report and compare again.

Hello Matthew.
Thank you for your quickly response. The problem start at July 21th; until 20th all is right. Difference between Cash value and Cum. profit is increaseing. I'm alternate between check and unckeck the Group trades by ATM strategy checkbox and there are difference in trades Cum. profit; but no diferences in Cash value of Account. If I check Group trades by ATM strategy and click on generate, the Cum profit is $216.26, and if uncheck, the Cum. profit is $68.16. The Cash value of account is allways the same for both cases: 7386.84 If you want, I can upload on Megaupload backups for July 20th and 21th Thanks. |

Hello,
Thanks for the file. From your trade history, there are some overlapping trades from the 19th which are throwing off the account performance. NinjaTrader generates reports from the last time you were flat. If a particular instrument was already in the middle of a position at the beginning of the From date, NinjaTrader will report all trades prior to this date up to the point where the position was flat. This will ensure you have a complete picture in terms of your performance on any specific date instead of "jumping" into the middle of a position which may cause inaccurate overall performance.

After reading your response, I changed initial cash on Options/Simulator tab to 7500 plus difference and then reset the account without clear history. Now, there are no discrepancies between Account Cash Value and Cum profit of all trades. Thank you very much. |

Hellow matthew.
Today again discrpancies between Account Balance and Cumulative profits. I will change again the account balance to eliminate difference. Why this occur and how to be fix? ![]() Attached images with Account balance and Monthly cum. profit. Thanks. |

Is it just the cumulative profit that doesn't match? Does your Total Net Profit match from the Summary of the Account Performance report?

Hello,
This problem is continued. Yesterday beffore openning, I reset simulated account and clear history, and then, after end my trading day I realize that Cumulative profit (Cash Value) on the Grid of account balance is no match with Total Net profit on Sumary report and the Cum Profit on trade list. Total Net profit on Sumary report is match with the Cum Profit on trade list. I attached an image of 3 reports. This will be occur with a live account? Thanks. |
