I must be retarded
I cannot get TT and TF to cooperate.
I need the symbol mapping, the exchange that it works on and any other settings. I just need it for live data. |

Can you please try this mapping here Ben - R2000 Ind Mini||ICE_IPE
For exchange you can leave the Nybot in - it should then give you both historical and realtime data. Please restart NT fresh after the map change. Thanks,

Works fine here on my TT account - any error message in your Log tab? Is TF enabled for your account then?

The TF should work right away with the default settings, if your account holds the needed subscriptions.
Please try : 1. Disconnect from TT 2. Go to Tools > Options > Data >> Reset Instruments here 3. Restart NT 4. Reconnect to TT 5. Check if you can get data for TF 12-11 now. Thanks,
