NinjaTrader Spam Popups

Despite selecting the checkbox that is supposed to prevent further popups advertising the new release, I am receiving MULTIPLE popup panels after an extended period.

Whats worse is that every time they appear my strategy is disabled!

I have NEVER seen this marketing from within an Institutional grade platform, it isn't doing your product any favors.

Wouldn't it be more sensible to relay this information via the email account associated with the purchase?

Thanks for the forum post and sorry to hear of the frustration.

To clarify further are you seeing that happen every hour or every release for the pop up to return.

If its every release then this would be expected. The checkbox only dismisses that one announcement only from coming up again.

Therefor with that said their is a secondary issue you commented on:

An announcement pop up in NinjaTrader should NEVER interfere with a running strategy. I would want to look into this and have you send in your logs and traces to support at ninjatrader dot com reference this forum post via the control center->help->license key so that I can look into what happened.
