Default Problem with NT, Kinetick, Pats, ZS, and Chart Trader?

I'm having a problem with Chart Trader changing the entry price I specify for Globex Soybeans . I use Kinetick as the primary feed, and the broker connection to Patsystems. I've verified the symbol mapping with anNT guy via email.
Kinetick is @S
Pats is ZS|CME_CBT|0.01

Please take a look at this partial log file and see if it makes any sense. (I redacted my account number)
This trade should not have been filled.

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Default I sent log and trace files via regular email

I sent log and trace files via regular email as attachmants. I can not get the SMTP server setup inside NT to work.

Thanks for sending in these files.

I will need to work with your broker to figure out what is going on here.

Who is your broker, I se RJO as the connection name but that is your clearing firm who is your broker?
