Have you checked your mappings in the Instrument Manager?

Hello,

Please open the Instrument Manager, and ensure that the exchange for the EMD is set to Globex. If it is not, please click edit and change the exchange.

Hello Chris,

The exchange for the EMD is well set to "Globex" but my chart is always blank without any data.

No error pop up window like "Error on loading chart data: Native error (-14): you're not entitled for this service"

I don't understand....

Thanks

Best regards

Angel

Hello,

Please send me a note to support at ninjatrader dot com with your login credentials for eSignal, and I will test the symbol.

The eSignal symbol for the eMini S&P MidCap 400 is MC not EMD...

- EMD is the NT name for this instrument
- by default NT does not have a eSignal mapping for the EMD: as you figured out you would need to set MS in the instrument manager
- if you then error below you would need to contact eSignal to check your account entitlements
