Order Rejected Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours'

I am Autotrading live and submitting order thru the DLL to IB. When I send an order the order is place and active in IB. But the NT displays an error in the logs and the status from NTStatus call is first "Accepted" then "Rejected".
Below is an extract form the log and I also attached the full log as a file.
I am running NT version 6.5.0.9

This is an issue with IB's latest release which is not officially supported at this time.
