Default MB TRADING for currency trading

With MB TRADING now doing currency trading from within now they have merged with EFX GROUP.

Hello,

1) With MB TRADING now doing currency trading will NINJA trader now be able to do currency trading thru MB TRADING.

2) Will NINJA be able to have currency "12 hour charts, "both" a bid or a ask based chart"

3) Can they also be daily charts either "both" a bid chart or a ask chart".

4) Can I place orders through NINJA using MB TRADING as my broker and be able to use the same type of orders MB TRADING offers for currency trades.

5) If an order is filled using MB TRADING as my broker can NINJA send me a text message alert to my cell phone when a CURRENCY order is filled.

Steve

3) No
4) Limited to NT's market, limit, stop and stop limit orders
5) You would need to custom code using NinjaScript

Thanks again for the link.

NT6.5 already did support currency trading through EFX (and still does).

Why are 12 hour charts and daily charts for both bid and ask hard to come by.

Not sure what you mean by "hard to come by".

NT does not support bid and ask charts. NT builds charts provided by the realtime "trade" data submitted by MBT, even for currencies. Unfortunately I don't know what kind of data this "trade" data is (bid or ask or anything else). You would need to connect MBT/EFX group for clarification.

I only need one daily bar and one 12 hour bar to start trading from. Why can't I build a daily or 12 hour ask or bid chart "1 bar at a time" from the current bid or ask prices coming into NINJA from EFX Group. Do you not get the data from EFX as either a bid based data or a asked base. I would need both a bid and ask bars built 1 bar at a time.

Thanx,
Steve

Unfortunately this is not supported. NT gets bid, ask and "trade" data from MBT/EFX. Realtime charts are only built from "trade" data.
