When I add my custom strategy to a single chart, NinjaTrader adds the same custom strategy twice to the Control Panel.

Why?

I was expecting the custom strategy to appear only once in the Control Panel.

I only have one chart running.

To double check -

- I opened a chart
- Added SampleMACrossOver
- Looked in the Strategies tab of the Control Center and only one instance is created and running

Can you do the same and tell me if you get different results?

I added SampleMACrossOver to the chart. It only appeared once in the control panel (as expected). I removed it.

I added my custom strategy to the chart. It only appeared once in the control panel (as expected).

The problem went away. It doesn't appear twice in the control panel.

Interesting.

Please let me know if you see this behaviour again and if you can reproduce since for sure that is not expected behaviour.
