Default C# resources and links

I know I saw a few of these in these forums.
Can anyone compile a quick list ? (books, websites, links, etc)

(Note: "C#" cannot be used in the search feature of these forums)

But you can use "C sharp" on Google, just not on Ninja

Here's some that I've come across:
http://en.csharp-online.net/Visual_CSharp
http://www.functionx.com/csharp/
http://www.microsoft.com/express/vcsharp/

And the one Ray recommends is available by clicking on the link in the help guide
at http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...helpguide.html
for SoftSteel Tutorials

C Sharp Books recommended to me recently by a pretty experienced and knowledgeable coder from the (dare I speak its name...) Tradestation forums. He's read and has a lot of books on C++ and C#. I don't have any of these yet:

Deitel Developer Series: C# for Programmers edition2
Ferguson, Patterson, Boutquin, Gupta, Beres: C# Bible
Gunnerson: A Programmers Introduction to C#

I also recently bought a subscription to this site that does both visual basic .NET and C# (.NET) tutorial videos. Some are not so relevant to coding trading stuff (working with relational databases etc) but I have more fun watching the videos than I do reading a dry textbook where it is harder to follow along. Not affiliated with site whatsoever:

Plus if you're really cheap you can sign up and if you don't download more than 249 videos before the first month, you can just quit and get a refund. However, I've found them so useful that I'm actually going to let them keep my 40 or 50 bucks.
