Of course I checked with ONE clean chart open only (NO indicators, just a 5-min-chart of the ES 12-15, no other charts and/or instruments) - did not help.
I disconnected manually but after the reconnect, Ninja was unable to deliver the data from the first 15 to 20 minutes after the report - it loaded everything until one minute before the report, but the "next" 5-Min-Bar displayed, was actually from 20 minutes later (and "reload historical data" was greyed out / not enabled)
I don't know who's delivering the historical data, Ninja or Rithmic, but I'm expecting nothing but the two sides blaming each other, of course - so I'm even too disappointed to investigate any deeper, neither actual nor historical data was correct - how would you trust that.
Oh, and no, it's not my PC, and it's not my line, since I'm using a very stable 1GBit-fibre-connection, and no, my AntiVirus-Software was not updating during these 20 minutes, and I'm using a Win7-Enterprise-PC showing Performance Index 7.7, with 16 Gigs RAM and a Graphics Card, capable to feed a 30" (2560x1600) and three 24"-screens at 1920x1200 very easily at the same time, so it's really, really not a hardware issue at my side.
Would you like to know what was TRULY disappointing? I had a live video stream open on one screen (just as every day) from a trading room, showing that Tradestation had absolutely NO problem handling the data load after the report, same chart settings, even with various different charts on screen, but TS was absolutely positively displaying the huge, but correct data, bar for bar - in fact, TS gave me the idea of having stalled data at my side in first place - when I saw MORE bars on the TS charts than on my NT charts I started thinking that something might be a little off, or should I say a LOT ?
I do feel like working with a toy-software and/or toy-datafeed since today...
