    NT8B9 - unable to write cache data on startup

    I last ran this version of NT8B9 on 3/5 when I was playing around the XML files with NinZa. I think I left my machine in a good state, and copied back the original skin file.

    When starting today, I copied in this one indicator script from http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...46&postcount=3 , and I believe the errors happened after I connected to Playback.





    2016-03-12 15:57:53:065 (Playback Connection) Cbi.Account.AccountItemCallback: account='Playback101' accountItem=TotalCashBalance currency=UsDollar value=*****

    This error happened at least 20 times in TRACE file:


    2016-03-12 15:57:53:337 ERROR: Data.Bars.Load4: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
    Parameter name: type
    at System.Xml.Serialization.XmlSerializer..ctor(Type type, String defaultNamespace)
    at NinjaTrader.Cbi.Deserializer.Deserialize()
    at NinjaTrader.Data.BarsSeries.Load()

    Log file showed this:

    Everything appeared fine after it got over this. Upon restart - no crazy stuff happened. I have also had about 2 weeks of nightly hibernation mode on this machine.

      I have not been able to reproduce this behavior on my end.
      Are you still experiencing this with Beta 10?

      What days and for what instrument did you have your Playback running?
      Do you know the speed you had the Playback connection running at?

        This was probably a 1 time thing. .just not sure what in the world would've caused it.


        I have only used beta 10 a few times. I'm sidelined until beta11 or until this issue is resolved.
