    Problem With SuperDOM AND NZD

    Hello,

    I'm connected to FXCM & have a live account. In the SDOM & T&S it is showing a price of 0.0000 for some reason.

    Thanks for writing in. I am happy to assist.

    I have tested on my end and have successfully received data for $NZDUSD in the SuperDOM while connected to FXCM. I would recommend first resetting your instruments.

    To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

    Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
    Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your conne

    If resetting the instruments does not resolve your inquiry, please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      That did it, thank you.

      I had to reinstall NT7 because it was taking forever to load.

      Is there anything like that in Nt8? Also in the same Data tab there is a Quote currencies in (then you can choose Pip, half pip or tenth pip). Is there anything like that in NT8 as well?

        Thank you for the reply. I am happy I was able to provide assistance with your instruments.

        If you ever needed to restore the Instruments to default settings in NinjaTrader 8 you can do so via the NinjaTrader Control Center Tools menu and accessing Database. In the Database window use the Update instruments function. For more information on the Database window please see the Database section of the help guide.

        There is not a Quote Currencies option in NinjaTrader 8, currency quotes will be listed as tenth pip. I can submit a feature request on your behalf for this feature if you would like.
