Donchian channels

My longer donchian channels are compressing the price range on the chart.
Is there are way of restricting their presence until they effectively come into play.

Is the any way in which I can increase the clear space above and below the price extremes on my chart so that I can see the next longer channel entering the price arena more clearly

Try left clicking within the Y-axis (price) and then moving your mouse downward.
