Having a problem loading my future Dow chart YM 09/06 - message comes up as
Error on loading chart data: Native error 14 I logged off and on a few times - it still comes up any ideas on how to get round this ? thanks Chris |

Hi,
What version of NinjaTrader have you installed. Make sure that you are on our latest production release which is V5.2.1000.2 Vince

Chris,
You have a Beta version. Make sure you uninstall this version first from the windows control panel under Add/remove programs and then download V5.2.1000.2 Vince

I was sent a link to download 5.2.0.2 by FBC my broker 3 days ago - perhaps they are sending out the wrong link by mistake ? quick question: when I down load a new version will I lose all my current strategies and chart settings ? Chris |

Chris,
Only if you delete the folder NinjaTrader5. Since you only uninstall the program itself, you will keep your settings, strategies etc. Vince

Downloaded the new version - unfortunately still getting the same problem Error on loading chart data: Native error 14 Interestingly the data is fine up until 5.16pm GMT today - it is the last 4 hours of the trading hours that are corrupted Chris |

worked out it was a problem with esignal not ninja - had to get them to reset something and now ninja chart for YM 09/06 loads fine. thanks for your help Chris |
