Connection losses can happen for many reasons. As such, first to test is that your internet was truly OK during the time of the disconnect. You would want to ensure that your internet connection is not dropping any packets. One cause of dropped packets could be that the packets are blocked via a firewall (software or hardware), faulty network equipment, or even network settings.
Unfortunately we are not network specialists and will not be able to help you change from IPv6 to IPv4. You would want to contact your network administrator to see if you can use an IPv4 address for your network connection. You can also try searching google to see what can be done in this regard.
skyland,
As in my previous posts, for your issue please try again after the new Zen-Fire API is implemented into NT7. Nothing will have changed to impact you positively till this has been done and as such your situation will be no different now then it was during your first post.
