    Bug? Keeping getting account write permission denied affected order

    Is this a bug? This is the first time I am seeing this. I have a zf demo connection on a live license and now I am keep getting account write permission denied popup. I am not doing anything except letting it run in background. I only have ES set up.

    Hello,

    If I remember correctly the demo account from dorman should not be used. You will want to use the Sim101 account for your simulation trades.

    To verify this is the case, please send you log file to support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post and put ATTN: Brett in the subject line for today and I can insure that this message is coming from the broker.

    You can find these files at the following locations, please attach these to a return email as an attachment

    My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.201001013 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
    My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.2010051013 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

      I have send you the files.

      I have not using the dorman acct, only select either the sim101 or the live account but the message keep popuping up.

          I get this too and have not posted because I was going to try a complete reinstall first. Even when I start up NT7 it shows a couple of failed trades in the Orders and during the day I occasionally get the same pop up as the poster as new random trades try to occur on the Sim account. Luckily this installation is for development purposes and is normally only using a live Sim connection. I'll watch this thread for possible solutions.

            Thanks for posting.

            I sent the answer to him via email however did not post it.

            I will post it here for other to benifit this was taken off the following forum post:

            This indicates that someone, using the same Dorman 'DoNotUse' account, is submitting orders to this account. Unfortunately the rejection error will appear in NinjaTrader for all Zen-Fire users that share this Dorman 'DoNotUse' account.

            You can disregard these errors, it will not affect NinjaTrader in any other way.

            The users that submits the orders will receive error message that will state not to submit orders to this account.

            Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
