so I check historical data folder, Nov 23-Nov30 data is there , but not displayed on chart, leaving a big gap there

I had all data a hour ago, since I have my computer open 24 hours to record all data, including CL, but when I reopen the chart, I found I lost CL data of last week.
so I check historical data folder, Nov 23-Nov30 data is there , but not displayed on chart, leaving a big gap thereTags: None

Can you please tell me what expiry month the CL has selected.
Please try the following. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the CL and click Edit. Set 'Merge policy' to DoNotMerge and click Ok.
Subsequently create a new CL chart and check if the requested data is displayed in the chart.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

Can you please post a screenshot of the Historical Data Manager that reflects the historical tick data you cannot display in a chart.
