    data lost

    I had all data a hour ago, since I have my computer open 24 hours to record all data, including CL, but when I reopen the chart, I found I lost CL data of last week.
    so I check historical data folder, Nov 23-Nov30 data is there , but not displayed on chart, leaving a big gap there

    Hello supermht,

    Can you please tell me what expiry month the CL has selected.

    Please try the following. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the CL and click Edit. Set 'Merge policy' to DoNotMerge and click Ok.

    Subsequently create a new CL chart and check if the requested data is displayed in the chart.

        Do you see the historical tick data reflected in the Historical Data Manager?

        What settings do you have selected for 'End date' and 'Days to load' in your chart?

        Do you notice a difference if you create a new chart while not connected to IB?

          yes, I saw tick data in historical manager, the end day is current day, I didn't touch it. day to load is 30
          nothing different when not connecting IB, there is a week gap on my chart now

            Can you please post a screenshot of the Historical Data Manager that reflects the historical tick data you cannot display in a chart.
