    NinjaTrader.Client.dll x64 vs x86

    Hello,

I'm using NinjaTrader.Client.dll and the External data feed to send fake market data.
With the 32 bits version of NT 8 everything is working fine, not with the x64 version: NinjaTrader.Server.AtiSocket.isConnected stays at false http://screencast.com/t/kXEXGtLQ5f (and not price are displayed) while it's true on the 32 bit version http://screencast.com/t/cpG1OCRWtZSB (and it works ).

I presume this is not a supported thing but having a different behavior between the same x86 and the x64 version of a library can hide a more important problem.

Do you have a simple C# project demonstrating the problem you saw? If not, then I suggest setting one up to eliminate potential variables.

I'm unable to reproduce the problem on another machine, so I presume it's something on my side.
      So no bug here .

On the same subject, External data feed with NinjaTrader.Client.dll, my custom data feed seems to work fine (all good with T&S and Market Analyzer), but my chart stays blank, whatever the period chosen, days loaded and "end date".

          See http://screencast.com/t/CaTTohYRgjU .

With the same custom data feeder NinjaTrader 7 chart are displayed correcty.
          Any clues?

edit: and BTW a strategy launched from the Strategies tab doesn't seems to receive any tick in this case.

            Hello sam028,

            Thank you for your response.

Do you have a simple C# project we may test for this with?

              Hello,

The original project is not simple so I'll create a simple one to show this and will send it using the usual procedure.
