    Avast Free Antivirus blocked NinjaTrader.Client.dll

    I received the following Avast notification on installing NT8 and on subsequent Repair installs.

    it reads:
    ******
    Avast File System Shield has blocked a threat.
    No further action is required.

    Object: C:/.../Ninjatrader.Client.dll
    Infection: Win32:#vo-gen[Susp]
    Action: Moved to chest
    Process: PID 3504

    The threat was detected and blocked when the file was created or modified.
    Add the file to the scan exclusion list
    Report the file as a false positive
    ******
    I went ahead & added it to the scan exclusion list and reported the file as a false positive.

    Clicking in Chart does not select chart if on primary screen

    If a chart is on my primary screen it will not select by clicking in the chart area or chart axes but only select from the gray perimeter and menu bar. If a chart is moved to one of my other 3 screens it selects normally when clicking within the chart or along its axes. I purchased my system from Falcon Trading Computers so it is professionally configured. However, whenever I boot my computer of late it assigns the wrong primary screen and screen positioning order until I select control Panel/All Control Panel Items/Display/Screen Resolution/Detect, so there is a remote possibility the Ninjatrader chart selection is unique to something quirky in my system regarding the primary screen.

      When importing, browser selection is less-conventional method

      While clicking on the top left folder icon in the large Import window allows browsing it is less intuitive than a browse button or icon beside the topmost field where the ninjascript pathway appears. It took me a while to discover how to browse for Ninjascript Import using the only available and less common user interface of clicking on the unlabeled folder icon which appears in the same window as the folders it contains.

          Hello ProfitPilgrim,

          Thank you for sharing your feedback. I have submitted your request related to the Import window, with tracking ID # SFT-347.

          Regarding the issue with charts not being selected, I cannot seem to reproduce this error on my end. With an unselected chart on my primary monitor, I can select it by clicking anywhere within the chart window. Can you please clarify exactly what lets you know that the chart is not selected, or any other pertinent variables that might be coming into play with your workspace, PC, etc.?
