BETA2: Indicator Wrappers Broken in Folders
I was chasing a new bug on my Indicator with BETA2 and realized there was a bug introduced in BETA2 with Indicator Folders. 
Once an Indicator is added to a Folder, NT8 no longer generates the wrapper code so it can be called from other Indicators/Strategies.
Here is an easy way to re-created this issue:
1) Make a copy of SMA to SMA2 so you can edit it
2) Confirm SMA2 has the wrappers added at the end (And close the file)
3) Create a Folder in the Indicators something like "T"
4) Drag and drop SMA2 into folder T
5) Open SMA2 from the T folder
6) The wrapper code will not exist at the end of the file
I couldn't figure out a way to force NT8 to create this wrapper code. I tried to create the wrapper code by copying my indicator out of the folder. Which it does. I then tried to copy that wrapper code to NOTEPAD, moved the indicator back to the folder, Copy the Wrapper Code from NOTEPAD back into the indicator updating it to reflect the folder namespace. once I saved, that code was deleted.
Right now, I cannot use Folders for Indicators. My indicators work fine when not in their folder. Had to delete the old USING namespace as well to compile. Hopefully I did something wrong..
