Playback Connection

[NJA_MC]

I am trying to start the Playback Connection and getting a few errors. I have attached the Trace file as well. There is also an HDS Server lost error once I try to PLAY (Similar failure on my other post for the Simulated Connection):

Can you send the Log and Trace files via Help > E-mail Support?

I had to email the Support files myself as the build in HELP -> SUPPORT failed.
