    Error: HRESULT: [0x887A0002], Module: [Unknown], ApiCode: [Unknown/Unknown], Message:

    Got this error

    HRESULT: [0x887A0002], Module: [Unknown], ApiCode: [Unknown/Unknown], Message: Unknown

    After import data (ticks data) using the following settings:

    Format: NinjaTrader (end of bar timestamps)
    Data Type: Last
    Time Zone: +8 Kuala Lumpur

    Format file:
    YYYYMMDD HHMMss;Price;Size


    The way I imported the data:
    1. Add instrument with for testing purpose (I name it CLPRICE, to indicate that I am importing CL data using price (last) data)
    2. Then import tick data using Historical Data

    The data was loaded successfully. But, the error came out after that.

    Kindly find the error attached.

      Hi NinjaTrader_AlexC,

      Seem like this is only happen one time for me.

      I've try to redo all the steps again for several times to reproduce the error, but the error didn't happen.

        The same error happen again

        Hello,

        Noticed that the error happen again.

        The actual situation are:

        1. Add instrument with for testing purpose (I name it CLPRICE, to indicate that I am importing CL data using price (last) data)
        2. Then import tick data using Historical Data

        On top of this steps, there are another steps to make it happen:

        3. After completed the import, I left my laptop to auto sleep (with "Historical Data" window still open)
        4. Then, when my laptop wake up only I press OK and close the Historical Data window
        5. Finally connect using Playback Connection and try to open the CLPRICE chart to replay the market data.

        Then the error happen.

          Hi, thanks for your reply.

          NinjaTrader does not work well with the autosleep functionality in Windows. It is recommended to disable sleep functionality under the Windows Power Settings utility on any PC that you intend to run NinjaTrader on.
