Current Data dos not show in Tab

Hi,

I have found an issue where when you click on a Tabbed Chart the most current Data is not visible.

In the attached, the Market (NQ) had been open for 10mins, but when I clicked on the NQ Tab the Chart opened with the last bar showing as of yesterday's close. I had to then click in the chart and drag it across to see the current data.

When we click on a Tab, it should show to the latest Prices.

Thanks for taking the time to post about this.

I have attempted to reproduce the issue, however, I have a quick question. Was the chart scrolled in either direction before changing away from that tab. If so, that tab will not auto scroll forward until the arrow is clicked and the chart resumed.

If you are certain that the chart is not scrolled forward or backward (indicated by an arrow in the upper right corner of the chart) and the chart tab is still not updating, please create a short video similar to mine to demonstrate this.

Thanks for your Reply, but that was not what was happening.

It was when I opened NinjaTrader 8 new the next day. As I said, when I opened Nina for the first time in the day, the NQ had already been trading for 10mins (so new data had been arriving), But then when I clicked on the chart (for the first time that day) the chart was only showing data up to the previous days close (I was using the RTH session times) , ie it was not showing any of today's new data, which is what I would expect to see.

I will try and do a video on Monday to replicate it and demonstrate what I was seeing.

I cannot replicate this today, so I will monitor and let you know if it happens again, but for now, the Charts look to update correctly.

So for now, this Thread can be closed.
