Feature Request: changing time resolution when viewing an execution in a chart

When you go NinjaTrader > executions > rt click > chart or NinjaTrader > new > Trade Performance > Trades > Trade > rt click > chart, it would be really nice to be able to change the resolution from 1m to something else such as 60 minutes. I can't see my whole trade because sometimes they last for a couple of days.

    Thanks,

    Rich

Can you add another vote to this too, a well needed feature!

      Thanks

          Thanks Dave.

Just to confirm I'm understanding the strategy back tester correctly, the only way to test the strategy using tick data is to set the data series type to tick and a consequence of this is that when a trade from the back test is viewed in a chart it can only display as a tick chart?

          Thanks

You are correct that when using a tick series in the Strategy Analyzer, you will only be able to view a tick chart in the Chart display. However, you may not need to use tick data in the backtest, depending on your goal.

If you are looking for intra-bar order fills, while running your strategy logic on a higher series (Minute, Day, etc.), then you can use the new High Fill Resolution, and set the fill resolution to one tick. If you need to run strategy logic on a tick series, you could also consider adding a tick data series in your script via AddDataSeries(), and testing logic against that series.
