NT8B03 DOM bug - not critical

Issue:
Could not re-size columns after adding Volume.
Work around:
Remove Volume and re-add again or just delete the tab and create a new one.

Steps to reproduce:
1/ Right click on the DOM select "Columns" and add "Volume"
2/ Re-size the DOM - shrink it via moving the mouse left.
3/ Under "Tools", "Options", change the "Skin"
4/ Restart NT8B03
5/ Try to re-size the "DOM".

Try to open a few tabs under the DOM say with ES, YM, NG, ZL
Save it
then close the workspace.
try to fire up NT8 a couple of times..this column issue will appear when some of the instrument does not get the L1 or L2 data feed.

Took me a little to get this to happen.

I had to add multiple tabs.
On tabs 1 and 2 that I had setup earlier that wouldn't do it, finally did it.

After adding volume - stretch the volume to scrunch the DOM.

Change skin. Restart with Save workspace.

The current selected tab wouldn't mess up.
The 1st 2 tabs finally did.

Grab the same area you scrunched to expand - the items flickers really quick and you can tell it got lost, and remains stuck as his image shows.


And I tried to do it again on another DOM and it won't do it.

This might be related - it doesn't allow you to adjust the dom, but it doesn't end up trashed.

In dom4.png, I moved the right window edge in over the volume. I can not expand the dom back out in this position. If I move the right end of the window back out to where the full volume object shows, then I can expand the dom and shrink the volume.

I tried this attack and could not reproduce the volume column getting tight.


update - tried some more - could not get VOLUME to go super skinny. Maybe it isn't the exact same thing they encountered and I stumbled upon the other issue with the overlapping right edge at the time.
