WISHLIST: Programmatically add strategies and accounts.

It would really great if you would give us an interface to iterate through and add/remove strategies/accounts in NT8. If you can add it to the NTDirect.dll interface that would suffice.

If I could request 1 more. The ability to GroupBy on the Strategy tab so we can select a column to organize our strategies. It would be most helpful to have Section options on the grouped items - so we can enable/disable/remove the entire group instead of individually.
