Thank you all who assisted in determining the root cause of this issue.
If anyone is still having issues with the BETA 4 installer giving the "NinjaTrader 8 Setup Wizard ended prematurely" message, please send an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with the subject line: "ATTN: Michael M Updated B4 Installer Link" and I will provide further instruction.
