    NT8 B5 - Exception opening the chart

    Hello,

    I got an exception once I try to open a chart.
    Attached, the video to explain this issue...

    Please let me know if I can help any futher

    Thank you for your report.

    Were you able to create charts successful before or did the issue occur right after you upgraded to B5?

    I see a reference to an indicator not familiar to me (RemoraAtTheBook) in the Log-tab. Is this a custom indicator you created? Did you perhaps try to load it in a chart before the issue started to occur?

    Are you able to reproduce the issue after a restart of NinjaTrader?

      Issue is still here

      thank you for your response and forgive my delay.
      Here the answers:

      1. "Were you able to create charts successful before or did the issue occur right after you upgraded to B5?" ---> Yes, I was perfectly able

      3. "Are you able to reproduce the issue after a restart of NinjaTrader?" ---> Yes, the issue i still reprodicable and iot occurs everytime I need to open a chart.

      How can I help you more on this point ? This issue, as you can easily imagine, is absolutely not trivial and with no relevance.

        Hello CP,

        Thank you for clarifying.

        I assume you were able to create charts after upgrading to B5. Do you recall what steps you took in NinjaTrader just before the issue started to occur?

        Can you please export and then remove the RemoraAtTheBook indicator and check if you can open charts successful.
