Control Center Top Menu Horizontal Scale...

In NT7 one could size the Control Center width equal to the superdom and still see Files Tools Help at the top.

With NT8 you have to increase the width of Control to double the size of the Dom in order to see New Tools Workspaces Connections Help items...I do not want to burn up screen space just to see the top menu items there....possibly reduce or eliminate "Ninjatrader" ...& maybe an option to show icons only ....or is there currently another way to show this info more efficiently with less width ??

Thanks for the post.

Unfortunately there is not a way by default to change this in NT8.

In NT7 there is a "[+/-]" button on the Control Center navigation bar that would minimize the Control Center down to just those buttons, however this was removed in NT8. We are tracking interest from users to potentially add this feature back in. I will add your vote.

You do want to see the green connected notice & Log window for connections and one often accesses File & Tools etc...
Really need to make that top menu more efficient in my opinion ....

Reduce Control Width...

Here is a way to partially reduce the width of the Control Center and still see all Icons for quick reference...
Eliminate text between icons. The red Ninjatrader box width could be reduced if called just Control....possibly something like that....this would get the Control Center down to a minimal width of around the NT7 Control width....
