NT7 custom licenses does not work at 8

    NT7 custom licenses does not work at 8

    Hi,

    Customer licenses created at NT 7 don't work at NT 8 (vice verse OK so new created at 8 work at 7)
    although those "olds" can be seen at new license system without problem.

    Normal license pop up although a license is in the database.

    Taking about Vendor licensing.

    Hello,

    Just to be certain, are you using the same code in both platforms to verify the license? If so, this is likely the cause of the issue, and I can show you how vendor license verification has changed in NinjaTrader 8. If you have already adapted your code, then there may be something else at play.

      Of course different code but
      VendorLicense( "Vendor", "ModuleX", ...) was same.
      and if "moduleX" created at NT7 time, - no work
      but if "moduleX" created at NT8 -> work
      (of course license time for both)

        Thank you -- we are looking into an issue which may be causing this at the moment. I will post back here with any updates.

          raffu, can you please take a moment to test this once more? It appears on our end that the issue is now resolved, but I would like to see what happens on your end. We believe we identified a server-side issue, so you should be able to re-test with positive results on the current build you are using.
