position tab not updating in real time

the position tab doesn't seem to update in real time. NT8.
it only shows 0.00 green for current net profit and 0.00 red for net loss.





buyask and sellbid buttons are always inactive as well.

This might be related... What do you see in your accounts tab in the control center? Same mis-information?

yea I`m not sure what`s going on there it doesn't seem to be like when I was using NT7 which showed accurate profit/loss. The trade win/loss is correct, but don't think the dollars lost is right at all it only shows 2 cents, 1cent long and short.

Hello jitterbug,

Can you please check what order quantity was used for these trades. I suspect a small order quantity was used which would clarify the 2 cent loss. Select 'Trades' in the Display selection of the Trade Performance window and check the Qty column.

Was the position caused by an automated strategy or did you submit orders manually?

I cannot reproduce it on my end when I manually submit orders so far. Are you able to reproduce it consistently if you test new positions in the Sim101 account?

The Buy Ask and Sell Bid buttons are inactive when a forex instrument is selected in the chart. If you select a futures, they will be active again.

entry testing no PnL

The trades in the Trade Performance show you traded forex with a quantity of 1. This equals to 1 base unit. If you like to trade regular lots (100,000 base units), please enter 100K and not 1 in the order entry window you use.

Because the PnL is so small due to an order quantity of 1, it reports zero. Please check if you see PnL when trading regular lots.

I thought the 1 was for 10k lots in the beginning >.< its just for messing around.
