Missing day data on dailies, USDJPY

I seem to be missing day bars on the USDJPY chart and others, like GBPAUD.

for instance yesterday 8th. My system is set to EST NY time to correlate to US trade hours.

recent missing days. (not including weekends).

12 13 14th sept.
21st sept
26 27 28th sept
Oct 5th
Oct 8th

I`ve refreshed the charts and opened a new one but same deal.

I thought perhaps I didn't have an open chart on those days but actually I never had open charts at all hardly in sept/oct only recently. and I was trading yesterday 8th but that bar is not available today.

Thank you for your post!

I tested the USDJPY instrument while being connected to Kinetick and saw days for September 14th, 21st, and 28th. I also saw days for October 5th & 8th. The other days that were listed, fell on weekends (such as Sept. 12th, 13th, 26th and 27th).

I will need a little bit more information from you so that I may test this further on my end.

Who are you connecting to?

What is your session hours template set to on your chart? This can be found by right clicking in the background of your chart and selecting 'Data Series...'. The setting is called 'Session Hours'

Are there any errors reporting in the Log tab of the Control Center?

well I had disconnect issues with MB last night but these missing daily bars from the past are unrelated I think.

It seems that MB Trading may have had a misunderstanding. The Simulation accounts do not affect what historical data they provide. Do you see the same historical data discrepancies for NinjaTrader 7? This would help narrow down to see if there discrepancies between platforms.
