Can one indicator plot on 2 panels?

I read under the "General Improvements" section in the "What's New" page and saw:

Draw on price panel and indicator panel from within the same script at the same time
    I just wanted to clarify......

Does that mean I can plot one Series in one panel and plot another Series in another panel from the same indicator?
Or does it mean I can "draw" in one panel and plot a Series in another panel from the same indicator?

    Thank you.

P.S. I think the new help files are really top notch and have been very helpful in my progression from NT7 to 8.

    Hello,

The DrawOnPricePanel property can allow you to place a drawing object (Draw.Ray, Draw.Line, etc.) in the price panel when an indicator resides in a separate panel, allowing you to plot and draw on two separate panels. If you wanted even greater flexibility, that should be possible by creating a custom Drawing Tool which, for example, might have constructor overloads specifying a panel number on which to draw.

Thank you for your feedback on the new documentation. It's a work in progress that is continually refined based on the discussions we're having with the community during the Beta period.

How about one indicator plotting on two different panels (one series per)? Thanks...

This will not currently be possible either. The Panel and DrawOnPricePanel properties apply to an indicator object as a whole. With DrawOnPricePanel, you can draw objects in the price panel while painting plots in the indicator's panel, but in order to draw actual plots in two panels, you would need two indicators.
